Wayne Robinson started appraising residential homes as an apprentice in 1999 and has been licensed through the state of Ohio since 2002. His background in real estate spans fifteen years and includes his own roofing, siding and window replacement business. Wayne focuses his area of expertise in the Residential and FHA Market.

Having grown up and lived in the northwest Ohio area all his life, his familiarity with the different cities, towns, villages and “pockets” of residential neighborhoods allows him great insight into the appraisal process. Wayne was born and raised in the small rural community of Swanton, Ohio, and continues to live there with his family.
